My 24 Day Challenge is nearly complete. Those of you unfamiliar with this the challenge, let me give you a synopsis. At the beginning of the challenge ( first ten days) you do what is called the Cleansing Phase. These ten days are about increased fiber, along with eating well and increase intake of water and of course Spark. From there you begin a max phase in which you take an assortment of vitamins and amino acids and fish oil. You continue to eat well, drink water, and drink Spark. There is also a meal replacement shake to incorporate. I'm
sure the challenge can be better explained by clicking here.
For me, who seems to have very little routine in my life, the challenge is a challenge in itself. That combined with my issue of being a sipper, I fail at getting all parts of the challenge completed. But even still with not drinking enough water, missing taking at times my vitamins and such during this max phase, I am down nearly seven pounds. I haven't been at this weight in a couple years. I had tried to lose weight last fall and hit a road block. And my cravings just never seem to get under control. And I have been able to eliminate most of my cravings. I wonder if I were better at this challenge if my cravings would be even less and if I would be at 10 or more pounds down.
In the next couple days, I will be measuring and weighing in. I'm looking forward to seeing the outcome. My daughters, who have been far better at follow through I'm sure will be more successful then I, howW Lever they were always told to do as I say, not as I do. There success is a true measure of what the challenge can do for someone.
