Anyone that knows me can account to the fact I like to talk., but that doesnt mean I have a large mouth. Quite the contrary. If I attempt to drink out of any cup with a large opening, I'm guaranteed to end up with it spill onto myself. And because of this, I tend to sip my drinks to prevent it being on me. This habit has become a hinderance when needing to drink a lot of something
In the 24 day challenge, you are to not only increase the amount of water you drink but also drink Spark 30 minutes before breakfast. But at rate I drink something, breakfast overlaps lunch. Even when I guzzle it, I don't open my mouth wide enough to take in much at a time.
So not only am I learning to eat right, I'm also learning to finish a drink in a reasonable amount of time. I'm improving but have a long way to go.
